AMS machine with ERROR status

Thread needs solution

Hello acronis community,

I'm using acronis 11.7 and I'm having an issue with adding AMS machine

I'm using Acronis server and acronis client on my clients, On my Acronis server my AMS machine has error status.

I've tried to remove it and add the same machine in "All machines with agents" with the same IP Address, I've tried to Sync the machine so far with no success.

The only thing I need is to see OK status.

Please help.

The error status means that there is an activity with an error on this machine.

Please find and paste here the log for this activity on that machine so that we could analyze what has happened there. You can do this by connecting directly to the machine in question and selecting "Logs" at the left pane.
