Failed Recovery HELP NEEDED
Hi all.
I have 2 backups of a failed system, both Full, both completed without errors
When I try to restore any of the 2 backup I get the same errors.
I raised a case with Acronis and they say the backups are corrupt and nothing they can do
These backups contain about 10 years of work!
Surely I cant have 2 backups that are corrupt?

where were these backups located?
I can see from your support case that you succeeded in recovering the backup from "original drive" - could you please share with us was that "original drive" an internal one?
HI, no the original drive was an external drive. Alan
