AAP support?!

Thread needs solution

I try to get support by phone, but there's some problems with the phone in Moscow office or what? It's not normal!

I know that I can use some kind of livechat, but cannot find where it is, everything is so much hidden in here!!

Can someone tell me what's going?!

P.S. By the way the number of support is XXXXXXX, so I'm not calling somewhere else!

I have deleted the phone number, because phone support is a paid option, it can be purchased separately or  it is already included into the license.

Please try to make a phone call again, we have had a temporal issue with the Russian phone line.
