Deployment fails with no error
I am having issues deploying a laptop image over the network without an internet connection since it doesn't seem to be required. I want to multicast this image so I am testing out multicasting, but with only 1 laptop. I have the server, laptop and router handing out IP's plugged into a network switch. I can boot into the WIN PE media over PXE, connect to the OS deployment server, begin the deployment, but somewhere around 40% is when it fails leaving no error in any log files. (I had gotten errors previously but I managed to fix all of those)
I was able to deploy that same image by putting it on a USB and using the standalone utility, so I know the image is fine. Is there any reason an error will not show up in the log files or any way I can figure out what is causing the deployment to fail?

I was initially using Win PE because the Linux based media wouldn't connect to the deployment server. I managed to get it connected this time and began the deployment. After the preparing step, it went to 0% and a few seconds later it crashed on the laptop, much quicker than in the Win PE media. The agent reopened but after reopening, it was unable to connect back into the deployment server until I rebooted the laptop itself.
I checked for logs but no logs were created and no error was listed. I can force a failure with a different error and the logs will show up just fine, but not when the agent crashes.
Edit: I tried again and this time it got to about 13% until it crashed. This time, the agent still has the screen open showing the two progress bars, but the deployment server shows that the deployment failed.

Hello Adam,
if you have recreated Acronis Bootable Media with the box checked for collecting logs, then, please upload then to the FTP link I sent you in a Private Message.

Hi Maria,
The problem is that no logs are created on the deploy server. It appears the agent log files are only uploaded to the server after the deployment has failed. But in my case since the agent is crashing, it's unable to upload the logs to the server before it crashes.
It uploads the logs only when the agent does not crash. For instance, if I remove my licenses from the server and force the error "No license found", then the log will show up without issue. We're going to have to find another way to retrieve the logs from the agent.

Hello Adam,
If you can spend some time on investigation, I'd recommend raising a support ticket, so that our support engineers can analyze dumps of the crashing processes (the article explains how to collect dump in Acronis Bootable Media). Please let us know, if you open a support ticket.
