Filebackup problem

Hello,

My problem is about "File backup" system. I did a backup of some folders and then, just to test it, I tried to recover some data. I got some error (with 'everything telling my hex number' :/ - yeah thx ) and recover did not work. So i decided do delete this backup file and try to backup again(mayby there was some error during backup process I thought...). But... I can't even delete this backup from "My backups" list in main screen of ATIH2011. There is only another 'everything telling my hex number': 0x0009003E+0x00090034+0x0009FFFF+0x0000FFF0+0x800706BA, which of course cannot be found in "Knowledge Base". Greate...

I'm having the exact same problem. I get the usual "We are sorry. The is no information....". I tried, like you to delete backup files that were going nowhere. If I hadn't lost my serial number for version 10 I would get a refund for 2011and go back to it in a second. My trial Online Backup won't work, in fact, nothing works.
