Can't log into destination drive

Thread solved

I'm trying to create a new backup to a network drive. I've used this drive for backup before.

The drive is password protected. When I select it Acronis presents a login window with name and password pre-filled. The password is wrong, and cannot be edited. "Edit credentials" doesn't work.

How can I delete this and log in as before?

Sorry if this is posted in to wrong place - I wanted it in Acronis Backup 2017 but failed to get it there.

Back in 2016 (I think it was then anyway)... there was a bug where credentials would be stored incorrectly under specific circumstances.  The fix was to close Acronis and open REGEDIT (right click and run as admin).

hkey_users, your SID, software, acronis, connections, smb

Once deleted, close regedit, launch Acronis and then try to connect again. This time, you should be able to enter credentials.

Thanks so much! That worked straight away. :)
