Where are the backup log files?
The previous version of TrueImage that I used had a link to all of the the log files for each scheduled backup. I cannot find any menu option that shows me the logs. There's an X between the source and the target for the backup. That gives me one error message and a link to the Knowledge Base, which as been my luck so far, has no information. It was a timeout and write error, shouldn't be hard to identify. The full log is usually more helpful for identifying issues.

Don, download the MVP Log Viewer tool which will make accessing and reading any of the various logs a whole lot easier. Link is via the Community Tools in my signature.

Thanks! It's odd that they'd take away ready access to the logs. I can't imagine that anyone would not have a need for them at one time or another.

Don, this has been a source of complaints ever since Acronis removed the Logs option in the ATI GUI and there has been no indication of it changing in the near future!
You are welcome to use the Feedback tool in the GUI to add your voice to those asking for this to be put back again!

I want to download the log viewer, but my Sonicwall is telling me that it is an unsafe file. What do you think about this?
Thanks,

Darrell, are you downloading the log viewer from the Acronis Community Tools KB location? I have never seen any such trojan virus warnings for the tool and have been using it myself for several years now. The tool was created by one of the Acronis MVP's and should be 100% safe unless the host server has been compromised in some way!
I have just re-downloaded the file from the KB link with no issue, then submitted this for scanning by VirusTotal and only 1 scanner out of 72 gave a false-positive warning about it!

Thanks for the info. Yes, that's where I'm downloading it. I guess my Sonicwall is reporting a false positive then. I appreciate the assistance!
