Mounting an tib disk image fails on Linux

Thread needs solution

We are evaluating Acronis Backup for Linux. We have some Windows disk backups and we want to mount them in Linux. However, we are not successful.

sudo acrocmd mount --loc="/path/to/archives" --credentials=anonymous --arc="SERVER_full_b15_s1_v" --volume=1-1 --mount_point=/mnt/testmount

Total time: 00:00:36

Please, note we have not been successful in installing SnapAPI (ubuntu 18.04, linux 4.15.0-46-generic. The compilation fails: /var/lib/dkms/snapapi26/0.7.123/build/snapapi26.c:660:34: error: ‘struct bio’ has no member named ‘bi_blkg’ ). But, I believe SnapAPI is not relevant to mounting an image?

Please, let us know as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance.
