Operations widgets not up to date ?

Thread needs solution

28 June afternoon , went to overview operation widgets to check the protected devices has backed up their backup for 27 june yet and notice that at the  protected devices widgets , some of the devices last backup run date , last successful backup date still at 26 june . Went to customer backup and check , they did their 27 june backup. Anyway to solve this problem ?

thank you for your posting! Did you recently upgrade to 13400? I've seen a couple of reports when users encountered a similar issue after upgrade. Have you tried revoking and re-assigning the backup plan? I'd also check if the issue occurs when a new test backup plan. However, if plan re-assignment doesn't help, I'd strongly recommend raising a support ticket for investigation.
