Hello Jerico,

thanks for posting on Acronis forums!

In order to restore an individual vm from a backup of the entire Hyper-V cost, you need to know where the files of this vm are located and restore them as file/folders restore. However, if these vms were offline when a backup of the entire host was creating, then there is no guarantee that these files of the offline vms will be recovered successfully. Moreover, you will not be able to apply Acronis Universal Restore onto a new machine.

Thus, we recommend that you backup these vms individually by installing respective Acronis Agents inside the guest OSes and as well as backup the entire host with Agent for Hyper-V.
