Hi

I would very much appreciate if anyone could explain this error report notification after I made a system partition back up image. The archive seem to have completed but it gave this error message during backup and I pressed the ignore option to let it continue. Here's the notification log I received:

Thank you for the log specified, I really appreciate it. It was very helpful. The main error here is: 

16 Error 05/12/2010 02:42:18 Failed to read data from the disk.
Failed to read from sector '157,901,600' of hard disk '1'.
Failed to read the snapshot. (0x10C45A)

This means that the SnapAPI drivers cannot properly read some sectors on the HDD. There can be several reasons for that, but we have all of them described in this KB article alongside with the solution.

Please follow the instructions mentioned and let us know the results.
