Help with viewing the TIBX file

Thread solved

How do I Open This File and Verify That the File I Need Is Inside This .tibx File

Do I need to go back this entire 3.57GB backup to see what's inside it?

If you can see what's inside it without having to back up, so I'll just back up a specific file inside it, not all 3.57GB

It is not immediately obvious what this file relates to - it would help if I knew what App it was created by. I suspect it relates to a mobile backup, which can (as I understand it) be viewed using the Online Dashboard. Select backup, then select the device. I cannot be of any more assistance as I use Acronis Cloud for mobile backups rather than backing up to PC or NAS.

The structure of the file name suggests that if could be created by so sort of real-time backup, in which case it would be I suspect created by Acronis Backup 12.5. In explore right click on the file and then select the appropriate version

Hello Wilherme!

Thanks for posting your question on Acronis forums!

There are the following options to check whether the exact file persists in a backup:

- if this backup is stored on Acronis cloud, you can browse the cloud storage, view the contents of the backups, and download files that you need;

- if this backup is stored locally, you can browse the contents of backups and check/extract files that you need;

- if you use a web-interface, use the Recovery-> Recover > Files/folders option on the machine that stores this backup.
