Acronis backup 12.5 offline mode
Hello!
There was a problem with the operation of the backup agents and the management console. In the control console of the device, the “Gray Icon” is displayed in Offline mode, although the devices in place, locally, execute, backups are created. Management server on the network with agents. Tell me what could be the problem?

This "gray icon" could indicate communication issues between Agent and AMS (e.g. a network channel is overloaded at the moment when a backup is being created on the Agent). Another reason is Acronis services failure (mms.exe service on Agent or zmqgw.exe on AMS).
I recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team in order to investigate a reason of this issue. You will need to share with the engineers Acronis System Report collected from both machines: Acronis Management Server (AMS) and Agent which is indicated as offline.
