Acronis Backup 12.5 The webconsole is not available
Hi all,
The web console is not available. I didn't change anything. I didn't change anything. I was just trying to install the PXE server and set up boot in Bootable Media Builer. After that, the web console was unavailable.
The services are okay, running.I was trying restart the all services. I even restarted the whole server.
I have already tried to reinstall the entire Acronis (without deleting log and config files).
Everything I've tried ...
But it's not working. I looked at the webserver log and it shows:

thanks for posting on Acronis forums!
Since you can't access the web console, please collect Acronis System Information with the help of AcronisInfo utility from the machine where AMS is installed. The best option would be to share this report with Acronis Support Team (your active maintenance allows opening a case with technical support).
Otherwise, you can upload the AcronisInfo report onto the FTP server which has already been generated for you by Acronis support engineers (in case 03957941) and let me know when the files are uploaded.

I don't think there's a port conflict. I checked and there is currently no communication on the default 9877 port.

And one more comment. If I uninstall and reinstall the acronis, it will display the following error message at the end of the installation(99%):
I attached the log files.
If i ignored the error message, then it can continue. The setup is completed. But doesn't work the web console..

Hi all,
The problem has been resolved.
I uninstalled Acronist (except logs and configuration files), then removed all Acronis entries on the firewall and removed api_gateway.json. Then I reinstalled the software and it has been running ever since.
