Hello,

We intend to use Acronis Backup & Recovery Workstation in order to be able to convert a Backup Archive of a Windows System to a Virtual Machine (as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/4077)

Questions:
1.
Is the the product/option "Acronis Universal Restore" required to do such tasks?

2.
Does the new virtual machine (with MS Windows) try to re-activate within Microsoft?
