Customer service phone # to ask about increased price in this year's renewal
What is a phone number for customer service? I want to ask why my subscription went up by 50% this year and is more than what the price is on the website.
ETA: My product is Acronis True Image Premium, and I'm in the U.S.

Following your link, I can find a U.S. phone number for an office in the U.S. I'll try calling Monday, in case they can put me in touch with customer service.

Thanks for your reply. This is why I wanted to talk to someone. I don't need three computers, never have. When I upgraded to add additional storage, the only way to do it was to add one tb at a time. I don't know how I came to sign up for 3 computers. I want to change that. How do I go about that? P.s. I really, really, really dislike discussing my personal business in detail in a public online forum.

You can request refund of the current 3PC subscription and select a different tariff then
