ATI2011 displays Not enough free space

Hi, when i try to run task, acronis display me a message with this info
Not enough free space

IGNORE RETRY CANCEL

If i select ignore there is no problem the backup finish, but i cant schedule taks because all get waiting looking free space in spite of i have a lot of free space, may be a bug?

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

In order to understand why this issue occurs, can you right click on the backup task and select edit backup settings. Then, click on disk backup options and create screenshots of the backup scheme and notifications tab. Please let me know where the backup is saved and kindly provide me with the AcronisInfo report.

We have had reports of this issue in the past but at the moment we have not reproduced it in our testing lab so it is difficult to say if it is a known issue or a specific backup setting.

It might also be helpful to check the disk for errors which might relate to how free space is assigned. Checking for errors will also correct this type problem--but it may or may not relate to your issued. Checking for errors certainly could not hurt.
