No chat support for russian customers
According to KB ATI 2020 should have at least 2 support options: e-mail and chat. Unfortunately there no chat option on Russian site at all. Also I guess there no Priority Phone option too. Phone support limited to day time (till 5pm) and it`s not toll free number.
Do you have any plans to add toll free number and chat option?

KB 1643: Receiving Technical Support in a Language Other Than English
Although they don't specifically support Russian, I believe they can work with translate and I also believe some of the support staff and developers are capable of speaking Russian. It's not officially supported as a feature though.

Wow. I didn`t know that there no support for a lot of languages or countries but anyway I can`t use English chat option even if I want to. It`s too complicated to contact chat support on English site.
