Is Log Viewer V2.2 Broken?
I'm having problems with Log Viewer V2.2 and ATI 2019 Build 17750. I found a post that indicates the logs are located at: C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs\ti_demon.
When I start Log Viewer 2.2, it points to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs, I change the Source Folder to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs\ti_demon, and I receive a message stating : "No Log Files To View". There are log files from 2019, 2018, and some from 2017 in the ti_demon folder.
When the Source Folder is C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs and I select file:
service_2017-02-1--10-43-56.log, it displays a log from Feb 10, 2017. All the service files are from 2017 and prior. It appears these are log files were created by ATI2015, which is the version I used prior to ATI2017.
I found V2.2 at MVP User Tools and Tutorials. Is there a newer Log Viewer?

Since I had version 2.10 I decided to get 2.2 using the MVP User Tools and Tutorials link as Gary did. What I ended up with, I don't know. It's obviously something old. When I get the signed version from Acronis KB, I'm still getting the MVP Log Viewer 2.10.

Bruno, I have been using v 2.21 since Randy shared it in the private MVP forum but don't think this version ever made it through the Acronis signing process to be included in the Community Tools KB document as a link.
The key difference was the addition of a new Tools option on the menu bar and some extra tools for checking MD5 checksums of ATI downloads along with moving some entries from the File menu to Tools.

Since the old version is incompatible, I think the link I'm seeing on the right side of the forum pages for "MVP User Tools and Tutorials" should be updated (or deleted).

Bruno, drop a note to Bobbo (Rob) as I don't have write access to be able to update the Google Drive folders where the tools are stored - Rob set up that folder and is the owner.

2.2 "unsigned" is posted to Google Drive now, along with the 2.1 signed version from the Acronis community tools link.

Thanks Rob.
