Log-In with True Image 2020

Thread needs solution

Hallo, I'am sorry, but my english ist not the best. I installed True Image 2020 on 2 PC's, all with Windows 10 and G DATA Internet Security. They are in the same network and via wiFi connected with the same Router, Fritzbox 7490. With 1 of the notebooks the Log-In to Acronis with the Software was no Problem. But with the second PC it don't Work. The settings in the Firewall are the same. If i logged in with the second PC is the anware: "Bei der Verbindung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen sie es später erneut." I have a Licence for 3 PC's, so that cannot be the problem. The username and the password are correct. The prts I checked with acronisCloudEU are open an the Connection was success. If anyone can answere in German, it was great. Sebastian

Sebastian, welcome to these public User Forums.

If one of your PC's is able to log in with your Acronis Account credentials without issue but the second PC cannot then that would suggest that your network environment is not the cause of the issue.

Please check that you do not have a Proxy server configured on the second PC, and that your security settings are the same as those used for the working first PC?

I don't have configured a Proxy Server. I disabled my firewall and Virus scan, it doesn't work.

I can't see any different settings from the two PC's.

Sebastian, please try doing a Repair Install as Administrator to see if that makes any difference here?
