Startup Recoverymanager TI 2020
Hello, unfortunately my English is very bad, I apologize for that! I bought and installed the new True Image 2020 and can't activate the Startup Recoverymanager from the Windows 10 interface. It always aborts with the error message (there is a bitlocker drive in the system). However, when I start Startup Recoverymanager from Recovery DVD, it installs and works.
Does anyone have a hint on how to do this from Windows? Many thanks in advance for the effort.

Hello Steve, thanks for the quick answer. I of course have a Recovery DVD with me. The Startup-Recovery is of course comfortable, because you only have to press F11. I was surprised that the recovery could not be activated with the message on Bitlocker, but was activated immediately after DVD-boot and also works excellently. So many thanks again.

Frank, the reason why ASRM is not enabled when running from Windows with Bitlocker enabled is simply that it cannot make any backups of the encrypted partitions because it has no support for Bitlocker in the application.
So, even though you have the F11 prompt for ASRM, this will have problems when any encrypted drives are encountered.
