Event code 0x00040014 - True Image Home 2010
My backup has started to fail (for last 6 runs), but previously ran fine. It gives the following error report, but the event code (0x40014) does not exist in the knowledge base. It does exist as a part-code for some entries, but none of those seem applicable in this case (e.g. I have no directories or files starting with a '.' on that drive). Details of error from Log of latest run below.
Acronis is running under a priviledged user account [Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit], so "access is denied" tag is a little strange - certainly has no issues with other system files requiring privileged access in the backup set.
To be honest, I wouldn't mind if it can't backup all the files - what is really annoying is that the backup job kills itself because of the error, rather than continues to backup what it can!

The security settings for the System Volume Information folder provide (as you'd expect) only access for group SECURITY - same as for the other drives in the backup set, although Acronis doesn't choke on those.
Sys Info and Report files attached, as requested.
I don't believe I need the System Volume Information folders, so content to exclude them if that's the easiest way out of this.
