Crash and not starting after update 2 (22510)
After updating to recent version, ATI will not starting, crash. Online support connected to my computer with Teamviewer. Repair, Cleanup, Fresh install, none of them helped. They uploaded logs from my computer. Waiting for a solution from technical service

I and another User have the same problem with ATI2020-22510.

I still have recovered my PC and have also tried a new clean Installation of ATI2020-22510, with no success.
My feeling is, there is a bug in ATI2020-22510.

Nachtrag; So morgen greift der Support selber auf dass Gerät zu und will sich die Daten holen. Mal schauen ..

The professional Ati support has directly accessed the device and collected various dump data.
Freeze 22510 user settings are loaded in the blue pop-up window
Crash of 22510 when the white pop-up window says "There's something wrong".
-After starting 22510, Ati quits itself again.
Let's hope the developers find a solution that the case was classified by Acronis as "Critical"

-Einfrieren von 22510 bei Benutzereinstellungen werden geladen im blauen Pop Up Fenster
-Absturz von 22510 wenn man dass weisse Pop Up Fenster wo meldet " Da ist was schiefgelaufen " schliesst.
-Nach dem Starten von 22510 beendet sich Ati selber wieder.
Hoffen wir mal die Entwickler finden eine Lösung, den der Fall wurde von Acronis als " Kritisch " eingestuft

What version of Windows OS do you have?
Do you have a full Disk backup of your Windows OS drive / partition created before attempting the upgrade to build #22510?
Have you tried to recover your computer using that backup if available?
Windows 10 x64 latest build
I recovered the operating system from the backup before the last update with bootable rescue media.

I can't use the latest version (update 2). With the previous version, no problem.

Hasan, if I understand correctly, you have reverted back to ATI 2020 build 21400 then after not being able to get build 22510 working?
If correct, then this needs to be investigated by Acronis Support after you submit a Support Ticket for this issue.

In my first message I already mentioned that online support is connected to my computer but they cannot solve the problem. They collected a lot of data from my computer. I understand they're still working on the problem. I wrote to the forum both for sharing the current situation and for those who have similar problems to see

Hello everyone,
If you did not contact support, please, send us the system reports with dumps (when the application crashes, you can start it again, it will request if you would like to send a report).
If you did contact support, we will get cases from them.

Now having around 25-30 computers with a mix of recent mentioned Ati-2020 issues I really do not feel to upload dumps and reports etc. Most computers aren't being back upped at the moment, they usually stop because the target drive becomes the source drive and that's not working of course.
After making new jobs, repair Ati, remove/reinstall Ati, trying to clone jobs and/or trying to rename jobs it's enough for me and probably many others. There's nothing as unreliable as making backups, just imagine you have to restore an image...
It looks at the moment that every step forwards in the development is three steps back, tiresome.

The acronis support team sent me a more recent version of the software (Build 22840). My problem seems to have resolved with this version of the software. I would like to thank Acronis technical support.

How can I get version 22840 or tell me when the problem that occurs in the 22510 build will be solved ? I have a similar problem and a lot of time has already passed, but Acronis is not in a hurry to solve it.

Zagorsky, welcome to these public User Forums.
At this time you will need to open a Support Case with Acronis Support to get build #22840 otherwise wait till Acronis release it generally in a new update.

Nach wie vor stürzt Acronis True Image 2020, Build-Nr. 22510 nach jedem Start wieder ab.
Erst nachdem eine Reparatur mit dem Installationsprogramm durchgeführt wird, startet das Prgramm dann einmal korrekt, um beim nächsten Start sofort wieder abzustürzen bzw. stehenzubleiben.
Wann wird das Programm endlich wieder korrekt funktionieren?
Übringens habe ich ATC 2020 auf Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, Build 1836.535 laufen.

Peter, Zu diesem Zeitpunkt müssen Sie einen Support-Fall mit dem Acronis-Support eröffnen, um Build Nr. 22840 zu erhalten. Andernfalls warten Sie, bis Acronis das Update generell in einem neuen Update veröffentlicht.
