Thread needs solution

I decided to clone/fit a Crucial SSD into a Samsung N130 Netbook. As Crucial recommend your 'Clone' product I downloaded it as well as the very helpful notes. But I couldn't use it. I couldn't 'Accept' the term and conditions. I couldn't proceed..... Why? The scroll-down page of Ts & Cs simply wouldn't scroll far enough to display the 'Accept' tickbox. I tried everything, several times, but couldn't get that box to remain on-screen where I could move my cursor and 'click'. I would happily purchase this excellent product, but what's the point if the product is unusable due to inadequate 'field trials' with simple users, like me, encountering simple problems.

bil bo, welcome to these public User Forums.

Please see KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which deals with the free versions of Acronis products provided with purchases of disk products.

All ATI versions have minimum screen resolution requirements which I suspect are not met for your computer system.

The current full ATI 2020 product user guide states as below:

Minimum system requirements

Acronis True Image 2020 requires the following hardware:

  • Processor Pentium 1 GHz
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 3.5 GB of free space on a hard disk
  • CD-RW/DVD-RW drive or USB drive for bootable media creation (about 600 MB of free space is required)
  • Screen resolution is 1024 x 768
  • Mouse or other pointing device (recommended)
