Undeletable Acronis Backup, how to delete
I can't delete backup file. I tried deleting file, delete with programs, delete with winrar, I am trying to delete via acronis but it gives an error. Error is "this is not the last volume of the backup archive". How can I delete this big file?

What Enchantech describes is definitely the way it works now. You have to do the deletions through the ATI GUI using the Delete or Cleanup functions provided. And you are limited to deleting what the GUI allows you to delete. (There may be some Cleanup tricks I haven't explored, but I think you are limited to deleting complete backup chains.)
If you have used techniques for backup management that are no longer valid with ATI 2020 (and have no equivalent valid ATI functions), you should use the Feedback feature in ATI to let Acronis know.

If you have leftover backup files (after following Enchantech's sage advice - which should be followed), keep in mind that you cannot manually modify or delete .tib or .tibx files if Acronis System Protection is turned on. You would need to turn that off first before you can delete it in Windows Explorer. That said, for the program to work best and avoid headaches, please don't move, delete or rename Acronis backup files in Explorer. Basically, making changes outside of the Acronis application, are not accounted for by the application and will lead you to trouble.
Please read the KB FAQ article which has some other nuggets of information such as:

Q: First backup file in my backup location has .tibx format and is about 12KB in size. Is it corrupted? Should I delete it?
A: After the very first backup version is deleted, the .tibx file itself will drastically reduce in size, down to 12KB or similar size (up to several MB), but will not be removed completely. Do not delete this file, as it is required for proper functioning of backup browsing mechanism. See also Acronis True Image 2020: do not delete first tibx file
