localhost refused to connect

Thread needs solution

I'm a potential customer running the free traial, but so far i'm having a huge problem in KEEPING the progamme running. I install The Cyber Backup tool, and it works fine for a day, but then I get the error message "localhost refused to connect" . Here are all the things i've tired

  • Restart The machine
  • I've checked all the services which are running
  • Ran Detect Privilges 
  • Ran Acronis VSS Doctor

I have uninstall and and reinstalled, and it works for a day then goes back to the error. So far i've un-installed and re-installed three times. The software does work, but then STOPS working.

 

Any idea how I can keep it wokring?
