Acronis Disk Director 12 ne fonctionne pas du tout
Bonjour,
Je vous envoie sur le même sujet le message d'erreur lors des tentatives de partitionnement.
J'ai acheté acronis disk director 12 il y a un an, mais impossible de le faire fonctionner. A chaque fois, le message d'erreur en pièce jointe apparaît.
Il ne me permet même pas de collecter les informations système.
Pourtant ce logiciel m'a été recommandé par un informaticien. Donc, je suis plus que perplexe.

Thank for given to me a begin of answer.
* no, my C: is not encrypted with Bitlocker . I've controlled going in Control Panel
In between I've tried:
* to download again the software ADD12_3223_fr-FR on the acronis website and install new
* to installed the "mise à jour" I have found on Acronis website, intiteled ADD_trial_fr-FR.
It has'nt help.
I can simply do nothing.
Wether collect system information, whether partition, fuse, format. Nothing.

I want to be totaly honest with you:
I installed Acronis Disk Director 12 on a other computer to compare.
First I had the same problems as with the Lenovo Thinkpad.
But after installing the "mise à jour" ADD_trial_fr-FR it was possible to collect system information and to make formating operations with Acronis.
I have done the same operation on the Lenovo computer without any results.
Is it somthing with Lenovo computer ? I hope no. But.

* do you have an answer to my problem ? On Lenovo Computer ?
* if I buy the update to Acronis Power Director 12.5 shall I have any chances that the problem is going to be solve ?
* perhaps I do better to buy an other sofware ? It is not what I will, but without any answer from you it can be a solution
I repeat: it never can use properly the software.

Hello.
Thank you for the proposal.
But, in beetwen, I found the problem: le ssd samsung programm. I deinstall it, and it was ok.
But now, I have a new problem: an error message: failed to obtain actual information about the disk sub system.
I send you the screenshot of the errors.

I'm really sorry to know that you're still experiencing issues with Acronis Disk Director. As the workaround, I'd suggest trying to create a WinPE bootable media and check if the drive is correctly detected under WinPE.
To boot your computer from Acronis bootable media, you need to arrange boot order so the media is the first booting device. Here you'll find instructions Arranging boot order in BIOS or UEFI BIOS
If the issue persists even under a bootable media or you want to find the root cause, why the drive is not detected in Windows, please open a support ticket, so that our engineers can collect and analyze the diagnostic information from your PC.
