Seeing two of the same device
Hi - I am seeing two instances of my desktop computer in the online dashboard (see attached file). The top entry of the to devices constantly shows OFFLINE, but when I check the Details, I see my recent connection to Acronis Cloud (from this afternoon). I have the option to Delete the top entry when I click on the little gear icon.
For the second entry, when I click on Details, it says that device is ONLINE, but there is no entry for Last connection time. I also do not see an option to Delete this one.
My backups in ATI 2020 seem to be working just fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it always comes back to these two devices.
Any ideas what is going on here?

Thank you, Steve. I went ahead and deleted the one device. I think I know what happened to get the second device entry, but will spare all the boring details unless it's needed to resolve.
The only part I don't get is that the remaining device is still showing "Enable Backup" and if I click on that, it has me create a New backup. I am running a backup right now after deleting the duplicate machine and will see what things look like after that.
