Windows 10 deactivating ATI?
Hi
I'm wondering if this is happening in other versions as well, but something funky is going on with ATI in Windows 10. I have a pool of customers using varying flavours of ATI, and although rare, I am forced to fix instances where a customer's licence is suddenly deactivated. It is easy to fix, but is certainly happening on occasion with different customers. Are Windows 10 updates in some way being misinterpreted by ATI as a reinstall of Windows or change in hardware?

The only time I have had activation issues is when I have change the licence on a PC from Pro to Enterprise.
While this is easy to fix (once you know how to do it) it would have the potential to cause panic to those who have not seen it happen before. It would be helpful if a there was a link to a brief explanation of the steps necessary in such cases. Something like "If you previously activated Acronis on this device click here" would take the user to the step-by-step process.
