Every time my system is backed up it creates another duplicate generation though it is set as 'full backup'
Every time my system is backed up it creates another generation (appearing to be a duplicate) though it is set as 'full backup' each time. It's taking up unnecessary space. How do I fix.

Your list of files from the initial post of this topic looks correct for a series of Full backups using the new .tibx file format.

KB 63613: Acronis True Image: local backups are not available for recovery if "metadata" file appears in the backup destination - if you see metadata file(s).
With regards to the space being taken by your files, please check your Backup Scheme settings for this task, i.e. do you have automatic cleanup turned on, and if so, what settings are used?
