After subscription expiration I cannot browse my data

Thread needs solution

I have an acronis true image subscription that expired 4 days ago. When the subscription ended the email informing me said that I will have 1 month to download any backups. 

However now when I open the acronis app the only option I have is either renew or browse my data online. 

When I press browse my data on the web page appearing I can only see that my account is expired and the other options do not work. Backup, archives etc. 

Due to my ended subscription I cannot open a case. 

I no longer wish to continue my subscription but I want to restore some files as I was promised.

Hello Constantinos,

have you tried recovering your data directly from the installed Acronis True Image? See "To recover files and folders from Acronis" part at https://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ATI2020/index.html#22454.html

@Ekaterina. 

I cannot recover using the gui because I get the message to renew subscription and I can't bypass it. If I press X to close it the app closes. The only option I have is either subscribe, enter serial or browse data which opens the web version on which I also cannot see any data.
