Hi,

I am trying to create an image using the master image creation wizard on acronis snap deploy 3.0. I get to the specify a location step but when I try to open computers near me it cant see anything. I have updated snap deploy components including the pxe server. I can see at the beginning that is picking up the correct network card. I just cant select another computer on the network to store the image. Please help.

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand your concern, and will do my best to help you.

There can be several reasons for the issue. Could you please kindly do the following in order to solve or at least localise the issue? 

  1. Check the network settings of the bootable media (and reconfigure them, if needed).
    Please see chapter 5, p. 39 of the User's Guide
  2. If the settings are correct, please download the latest update media from your account, burn it onto the CD and check whether the issue remains.

Should it be present, please gather Acronis Linux Report and submit a support case with the information attached, and let us know its number.
