Dell E6410 not working with Acronis Snap Deploy

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

I recently recieved a shipment of 30 Dell E6410's for distribution around my company. Having created the image, I found I was unable to write it to a network drive. After much trial and error, I decided to bypass the issue by writing the image to a locally connected external hard drive. However, upon loading Snap Delpoy on another E6410, the program failed to load. After several attempts on several laptops, i searched google and found the below forum:

The forum is now locked. Please can you send me the solution for this issue?

Thanks,
