TI 2020 Daily Status Report
I recently performed a clean install of 2020 after beta testing 2021 (somewhere in the community forum is a thread with my war story). Since reinstalling I've been receiving Daily Status Reports via email similar to the following.
I search the forum and KB articles for a solution but was not successful.
I'm not sure if TI is complaining about the cloud or my local "J" drive. As I read through the KB articles they seemed to say the issue is the cloud which I have NEVER used. With respect to my "J" drive, I have checked it and daily incremental files are appearing. Within TI I have turned on the option to verify the backup and since I do see the file that was created and I can open the TIB file in windows explorer my assumption is that the BU is OK. I have turned on the verification option for the backup and don't see any messages that would imply the backup failed.
Suggestions?

The only time I got one of these was when a backup failed due to malfunctioning of ATI 2021.

I'm getting the report daily and it has me confused. What is it really warning me about? I've checked my daily backups and they are being created on my "J" drive which is a local drive in my tower. ATI 2020 is running on the same system. In the report, the resource S4 is my tower.
I'm not sure what I need to do to stop the reports.
What is the "backup agent"?

In the email there is a link "View in web console". I clicked on the link and logged in to the Acronis Cyber Cloud. After logging in I had two attention notifications.
- Settings > Agents I have no idea how this agent got set up, I may have set it up or may have been some automatic setting. I selected the agent and deleted it.
- Dashboard > Alerts, contained an alert about the issue. I selected it and clicked the "Clear" button.
My current assumption is that I have resolved the issue, e.g. the "Agent:" that had been set up was failing and by deleting it, it will no longer attempt to run. Time will tell.

On the one PC I have it running it got completely confused when I had to uninstall than reinstall ATI 2021. Also getting message about agent being out of date. When I try to update it produces an error message.

I also remove apparently redundant versions for the same PC (presumably due to multiple reinstallations); like you I will wait and see what happens.

Quick Update (2020, Sept 20) I'm no longer receiving the daily status report. YEA!!!
