How to clean up backups made by another computer?

Thread solved

I've recently built a new computer and de-commissioned my old one.  All the backups from my previous PC were on a 6TB drive that's now installed in my new PC.  I'd like to retain a couple of the more recent backups (just in case!) but dump all the older ones as I could do with reclaiming the disk space.  I can't seem to do this via ATI and looking at the incremental list of .tibx files (which are mostly 4,550,816KB) in explorer it's not apparent to me how I should go about this.  I wouldn't normally delete backups from within Windows Explorer but I presume I don't have a choice.  Can you advise how I should go about this?

Thanks guys! :)

Linda, welcome to these public User Forums.

Perhaps the easiest method for managing your old backup files would be to use the option to 'Add existing backup' (assuming the backups have not already been added to the list of tasks shown in the Backup page of ATI 2021).

Once you have the backup added to the list, then click on the caret to the right of the name to reveal a drop-down menu, then select the Clean up versions tool and it will show you the files for that task where you can decide what to keep or delete.

Aah, I see! I hadn't noticed the small drop-down arrow next to the Add Backup item.  This is exactly what I wanted.  Thank you! :)
