Build update 16343 cannot Client Push installing
Hi
I have update my Acronis envirement from Build 14330 to Build 16343 but now we dont can make a push Client Installation on a Windows 10 64bit Client.
Error: 100011 and no more Information.
Can I find more Information in a log File or is this Problem known?

witch Log File do you mean? I see only Error 100011 Internal Server error and i found many log Files on the Acronis Server, in witch log must i search for more Information?

Hi, we have exact same error after upgrade Acronis Backup to Acronis Cyber backup.
Very hard to find what´s wrong and we updateted all our agents already... :((

You can download the activity log via: Overview > Activities > Click on the activity that failed > Show details > Download log. See my attachment about how this button looks like.

Sorry, there is no activity failed because this error pops up when we try to add a new computer...

thank you for sharing more details on this issue.
The internal server error. Error code 100011 may appear if there are TCP ports are blocked from Management Server to Agent and/or from Agent to Management Server.
We suggest that you follow the respective KB article
https://kb.acronis.com/content/61359
and check if ports TCP 43234, 25001 are open.
If this does not help, please open a case with Acronis Support Team and provide them with Acronis System Information collected from Management Server after reproducing this issue.

Same problem here, after the update (16343) I can't push the client with error 100011. Worked fine bevor, so I think it's a bug in the update.

currently. we have no confirmation from the RnD that this is an issue in the product. If the article https://kb.acronis.com/content/61359 does not help and you have some time for investigation, please open a support ticket, so that our engineers can look into the situation and escalate it to the RnD if needed.

Hello Christian.
The issue is in the product. It is under investigation, it will be fixed in the nearest product updates (AB12.5 U6).
Please perform a local installation by running the installer on the Agent machine as a workaround.

Do you have a build Nr for U6 or a release date?
I see aktuell is build 16363 is this build with the fix?

Yes, the fix for this error has been included in the latest build # 16363. Please make sure that not only Agents but Acronis Management Server and other components have been updated to the same build.
