Acronis logs

Thread needs solution

In the screenshot that i attached you can see that this option is gray and i cant see full frscription of error logs.

Can that be turned off?

Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis Backup & Recovery (#11105). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

Meanwhile, you can find the respective log file without closing the application at C:\Documents and Settings\current user\Local Settings\Temp. For more convenience you can cleanup this folder, after that reproduce the installation issue and check this folder for the log file.
