The build 7046 crashes every time I wanted to back up the Outlook folder on Windows 7 64 bits. That bug was fixed in 7154.

But, with 7154 , validation of the backup when full back up is selected on scheduling is not possible. "cannot validate the back up. The archive is either absent or corrupted" . The previous backup is deleted and no new one is created. !!!!!!!!!
Upgrading to 2011 is a no-no for me (the user interface sucks) ..IF you want me to upgrade to 2012 ... ACRONIS mod please fix that major problem first . Thanks.

It's possible that the backups got corrupted. Please kindly check the solutions specified in this KB article. Should the problem remain, the situation will require investigation. Could you please gather the following data? 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. Acronis Info from the problem machine

After that please submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

I had exactly the same problem with 7054. See:

Have had to go back to Build 7046 as 7054 is unusable.
