Harddrive is not reflecting in Acronis Backup 12.5

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I run Acronis Backup 12.5 latest release and want to backup two physical DELL PowerEdge R340 server with integrated BOSS and PERC controller. Operating System is Windows Server 2019

On one server the harddrive on the PERC controller is not reflecting in Acronis Backup. The PERC driver version is the same on both machines. However on windows operating level there is no problem with that drive

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

If you experience the drive detection issue in Acronis Bootable Media environment, then we recommend creating Acronis WinPE-based media and add the specific PERC drivers there.

If you see the detection problem in Acronis Management Console in Windows environment, then please open a case with Acronis Support Team for further investigation.
