Runtime error
Using Acronis Backup and recovery v10, I am geeing an error that I have no idea how to fix.
When I click on the Acronis Management Console, I see a dialog box that has:
on top: Microsoft Visial C++ Runtime Library
then I see: Runtime Error
Then I see Progam c:\program f.
I am trying to do this remotely so getting a screen shot is not possible at this time.
I have stop and then restarted all Acronis services.
Any ideas?
thanks

There was no memory dump.
Here is the info from the event viewer:
Faulting application ManagementConsole.ece, version 10.0.0.11345 faulting module fo.dll, version 10.0.0.11345, fault address 0X00023312.
Which fox.dll is bad?
thanks

Fixed:
Thanks for all the help. I just FINISHED my first backup in 35 days on the client's machine. The machine is "doing" a verification right now.
Steps:
1. I run a check disk on the machine.
2. Then I run a defrag..
3. I installed (a) Management console; (b) license server; (c)storage node; (d) agent; (e)tray monitor; and (f) bootable components. I tried the latest version and installed failure when I tried to install the management server. The management server installation attempt failed with the standard error message that "installation was interrupted before ABR could be installed...."
4. I run the abr_cleanup utility and rebooted the machine.
5. I went back to the previous release and did step #3 again except I did not try to install the Acronis Management Server- no error messages.
6. Then I got an error message that "Acronis Managed Manage Service is not available". I resolved this error by stopping the service and then restarting this service.
Thanks again for the help.
PS. Backup was done successful.
