Licenses expired even though my maintenance ends in November

Hello,
I have a recent case number, 00820525. I went through the steps the technician took to fix the issue but the license now shows as expiring tomorrow. Why does the license have an expiration date instead of just using 1 license per PC?

I've checked the case and the information attached - thank you for the detailed explanations provided. From the License info I can see that they are really limited for 2 years. I'm awfully sorry for this inconvenience. Probably when our Sales representative was sending you the keys, the system got messy and it set a limitation to the key.

But there's no need to worry: I've forwarded your case to our Sales Expert. You will be contacted shortly (in several hours) with the newer keys. Just replace with them the licenses that you have now, and everything should work perfectly fine.

My Acronis Privacy Expert Suite License has also expired.
I had download the free product update PrivacyExpertSuite9.0.1461_s_de.exe.
I don't recognize, that there was an expiration date when I downloaded this update.
I can't reinstall the product update because the system tells me that the configuration files are corrupt.
Please can you help me?

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. I understand how inconvenient the situation is, and will do my best to help you.

I regret to inform you that Privacy Expert Suite is a very outdated product, it's not updated, supported and developed anymore. Thus we don't have many options here.

It looks like the installation file got corrupted. I'd advise you to log into your account, and re-download the installation file from here. Please check the Checksum as mentioned here, MD5 should be equal 4008b0ff5579d8c9f92064dd71b08bfd.

After that please uninstall the currently Privacy Expert Suite version via Add/Remove products, and perform the reinstallation.

Please keep in mind that since the product is very outdated, it was never updated to support latest OS versions and hardware. Thus we cannot guarantee that it will get successfully installed on the latest hardware.

Thank you for your answer.
I had downloaded the installation files and checked the checksum.
All is allright.
I can't remove the old Installation.Please see the attached file "error acronis.jpg".
When I'll start Acronis Privacy Expert Suite then there comes this error.(license.jpg)
If you can send me the new serial number I'll be able to use the product.(The old doesn't work)

Thank you for keeping us posted.

Unfortunately since the product is very outdated, we don't have any instructions on removing it manually in case of such an issue. I can suggest you to try using Revo Uninstaller, which may help to resolve the issue. Still we don't know what exactly got corrupted, so I'd advise you to create a system backup before proceeding with the uninstall.

Thank you for your help.
I've downloaded and installed revouninstaller.
After a reboot the old installation of Acronis Privacy Expert Suite is not more available.
So I insert my Acronis CD and reinstall Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 8.0. At the end of the installation there comes the message,that Acronis Privacy Expert Suite can't start and I have to proof it later again.
With click oft the finish button then comes a window to reboot my computer an there is no installation of Acronis Privacy Expert Suite .
So i try the systemrecovery of windows and get my old system back.
Then I start revouninstaller again and after reboot i try to install the PrivacyExpertSuite9.0.1461_s_de.exe.
But there my serial number doesn't work.
So I try the systemrecovery of windows again and my problem ist the same as I started .

Do you can send me please a working serial number for PrivacyExpertSuite9.0.1461_s_de.exe?

Thank you for your comment.

I've checked your account, and can see that the license wasn't accepted due to the version differences. You have the license for the PrivacyExpertSuite version 7.0, while you're trying to install 9.0.

Unfortunately since this software is no longer developed, updated and supported, there are no more licenses available. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience.

Maybe you could specify me via PM the scenario you'd like to proceed? This would allow me to choose the best available option for you.

I have a product called "Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Workstation incl. AAS" the license is set to expire in June 2013. I have not used the product. Is there anyway I can use the product after the expiry date has passed if needed?
