Acronis makes a product called Revive which I can recommend for deleted data recovery. I have used it myself with great results. Product page link below:

Sorry to read of your data loss.
To improve your chances of recovering as much data as possible you should stop using the drive immediately. Remove it and mount it in another system either via an external USB adaptor or on a spare SATA port.
I have had very good results using EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard. It was able to recover data from a drive that even Windows couldnt see! (The drive was from a broken Windows Storage Space Data Pool and would either not be detected or if it was, show as an empty drive.)
You can download a trial and see what it can find and if you're happy with that, then pay for a license for the software to recover it.
Depending on the size of the drive it can take many hours to read the drive and then many hours again to recover what it finds.
If you dont have access to another machine then you may have to use a local PC repair service that can provide data recovery.
Whereabouts are you located?
I wish you a good outcome.

It may be possible that the data is still there and Windows simply didn't initialize the disk. Try going to the Disk Management console and seeing if there's a drive that hasn't been assigned a drive letter.
Here's some documentation that may help: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management…
Hopefully, it's just as simple as that. If not, then data recovery as explained by others above would be the other option. Hope that helps!
