Access denied with w10

Thread needs solution

Good morning,

   I try to include a machine with w10 to my Acronis 12.5 console, but I always get this message:

Acceso denegado

El usuario especificado debe ser un administrador incorporado o el control de cuentas de usuario debe estar deshabilitado en el equipo.

"The specified user must be a built-in administrator or User Account Control must be disabled on the machine"

I have an account with admin priveleges. Firewall is OFF  and UAC is deactivated.

 

Could you help me?

Please try to add the Agent manually using the steps described in the following KB article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59828

You should run the command line utility under the local administrator account for registering the Agent.

Hello again, I do that, and it worked fine, but Why? Is it not possible to do a remote installation on Windos 10? It was a clean installation of Windows 10.

We have not investigated this issue, I've just shared a workaround. There could be multiple reasons. I would recommend reproducing the issue, collect installation logs, and opening a case with Acronis Support Team if you wish to find a cause of this issue.
