when i start acronis 2021 i get something wrong error and then its open to regular mode

hoe can i stop it ....

Roke, are you running ATI 2021 from an Administrator account, as is required for it to have the correct authorities / privileges to run correctly?

Can you post any screen image(s) for the issue you are seeing?

Was this an upgrade from an earlier version of ATI ?

Sorry but I cannot see the .gif file as is too small and becomes very pixelated when trying to magnify it.

See KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - and try doing a Repair Install of ATI 2021 to see if that will resolve the issue here?

I have been having the same thing happening frequently. It first started happening regularly when I was doing beta testing of ATI 2021.

What it means is that ATI 2021 crashed when loading, which automatically brings up the feedback box. There is no way of disabling this behaviour. The good news is that ATI then load properly - only seems to crash the once.

May I suggest that in future you send feedback (making sure that send system report is selected) as such feedback may allow Acronis engineers to isolate the problem and correct it.

Roke, if you continue to see the same pop-up Feedback box, then please fill it in and submit it to Acronis along with including a System Report so that they can investigate this issue.
