Putting Acrocmd to PXELinux
Hi, how to extract AcroCMD from Linux to put t PXELinux?
In CentOS, I do have the problem, that ldconfig ends up, that "so" files are incomplete.
Is it possible, to make the licensing, outside the webfrontend?
What Acronis product do I need, to write TIP Images back, to smart devises in an industrial production?
I do want PXE boot a Linux environment. Start a script:
*Mount an SMB.
*Run AcroCMD.
*Writing some data to the recovered image
*shut down.

Well, this is not exactly what I ment.
So is there any way, to install acrocmd alone on Linux, to make PXE Boot, and doing some other stuff prior shutdown the system via script?
Best regards,
Florian Bosse.

Hello Florian.
You should install acrocmd on Linux with at least Acronis Agent for Linux: it needs acronis_mms service for operating.

Well, after checking the Ubuntu Acronis installation,
there is an startup script pointing to /usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/mms
but on Boot_media,iso there is no mms.
So how do I get the acrocmd from Boot_media.iso get to work without mms?

Hello Florian.
Please note that Agent for Linux will not operate alone without Management Server (since it could not be assigned a license without Management Server). Thus, I recommend that you select e.g. cloud-based deployment (where Management Server is located in one of the Acronis data centers0, then install Agent for Linux as described here: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberBackup_12.5/#33506.html
