Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis backup 12.5 in my physical server 2012R2. We have 2 Physical drives (disc 0 for OS & disc 1 for data)

Today morning the Disc1 got corrupted and I tried to restore the entire disc 1 via Acronis console.

I have 1.7 Tb of data, it takes too much time to recover from NAS (60Gb data/hour).

Now in recovery processed data is going on but save data still Zero. why the saved data showing still Zero?

Save data will start after processing? where are the data getting processed? in NAS or in the server?

Help me with the above

Thanks,

Nizam

Hello Nisam A,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

I tried to restore the entire disc 1 via Acronis console.

Did you use file/folder or disk or entire machine recovery? What did you select in the source backup archive for restoring? What is that backup archive type (disk backup/entire machine or file/folder backup)?

I have 1.7 Tb of data, it takes too much time to recover from NAS (60Gb data/hour).

Please clarify whether this is an actual data size or the size of a backup.

Now in recovery processed data is going on but save data still Zero. why the saved data showing still Zero?

Please share with us a screenshot showing this issue.

Hello Yuriy,

thank you for reproducing this!

This looks like a GUI issue. There have been similar problems for file-level backups reported and solved.

Nizam,

you can simply ignore this discrepancy.
