There is a new MVP Assistant log viewer tool that has now been made available by Acronis via the Community Tools page..

If you have Disks & Partitions backups created on ATI 2020 or later using .tibx files, then look in the Backup Worker logs.

If you have Files & Folders backups using .tib files (or Disk backup using same) then look in the Demon logs.

Please check the logs for your backup task to see if there any indications there related to either OneDrive or else any of your documents folders etc?

Personally, my own Documents and other user data libraries are on a second partition, not in the default C:\Users\[name]\ folder path.  I then back up these user data libraries separately using a Files & Folders backup task.

OneDrive is able to be backed up in ATI 2021 providing that the actual files are present in the folders, and not reparse points linking to data in the OneDrive Cloud storage.  I have a separate Files & Folders backup task for my own OneDrive contents to an external USB drive.

My OneDrive folder is also on a different partition to the OS.

Windows 10 has changed how documents, pictures, basically what are considered Libraries.  If you select just Documents or Pictures in True Image you are selecting nothing more than a Library place holder or marker which contains nothing.  To capture your files you need to navigate to your user name, then the desired folder (Documents, Pictures, etc.) when selecting the data location when configuring the backup task.

How to open Windows Documents folder

Thank you guys for all your help, I now have a better understanding.
