Acronis 2020

Thank you, Acronis 2020, you have cost me a small fortune plus hours of reinstalling many apps and programs I lost as a result of your cloning. I have used your platform for many years without a problem until recently when I attempted to do my weekly clone. Instead of the approx. 8 minutes time it usually took me to cone my hard drive, Acronis advised it would take 1 1/2 hours. Figuring something was wrong, I cancelled the clone and silly me, I decided that I might have picked up some virus, I decided to do a reverse clone. The result was horrific. Both SSD hard drives were wiped clean and my computer went to a blue screen. I brought in a tech and he suggested a new tower, which I agreed to because my computer was about 7-years old. I used my two SSD drives now as backups and after spending several hours with the tech installing apps and files, he decided to do a clone. Your lousy Acronis failed to work no matter what he tried. Finally, he downloaded a $25 AOMEI backerupper or cloner, which did the job quickly and easily. BTW, I tried to get help from you prior to this alternative, but the best I could do was via a chat that was far less than helpful. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever use one of you products again. You cost me north of $850. Thanks for nothing.

Norman, sorry to read of your woes here but this is just a public forum where the overall number of visitors are other users like yourself, including the MVP's.

Someone who actually works for Acronis may dip in occasionally but with no guarantee that they will see your post, so please submit feedback directly to Acronis to make them aware of your extreme disappointment with ATI 2020.
