Nonstop BackUp does not work anymore

Nonstop Backup leads to the following error code:

Kann vom Storage nicht lesen. (0xD60007)

Tag = 0xF8C74554441EA840

Datei I/O Fehler. (0x40011)

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

The case is that program refers to .meta folder (which is intended to store service information), and cannot find necessary information. Could you please stop the backup and create it from scratch?

i'm having the same problem... after 3 days the backup stops running. I can't find a log or error. where can i check ?

I only manage to receive the error when i try to do a restore.

Failed to read archive data. (0x3E9)
Tag = 0xD41C6D299DCCD31B
Read error or metadata content is corrupted. (0x1703EE)
Tag = 0x393E6815106A868

The error is very similar, and i think that creating a backup from scratch is not a good reputation for acronis.

Any suggestion/solution ?

Please let us investigate the issue and do the following:

Please do the following in order to collect the information:

- Download the file;
- Run the downloaded file
- Send us the files created.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.

Could you please make screenshot with the error and send it to us?

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the issue appears and the link to this thread. We will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with a solution.

I have a similar problem with Non-stop backup in ATI home 2010 build 5,055 under Win7 Pro x64.
When I try to clean up the non-stop storage, I get an error with the following details:
Cannot read from storage. (0xD60007)
Tag = 0xF8C74554441EA840
Failed to read archive data. (0x3E9)
Tag = 0xD41C6D299DCCD31B
Read error or metadata content is corrupted. (0x1703EE)
Tag = 0x393E6815106A868

The error means that I can't clean up the non-stop storage area, so there's only 9GB of the available 680GB free, hence non-stop backup has stopped. Could you please help me get it working again?
