TIB files unreadable

Thread needs solution

I am currently using Backup and Recovery 10 Update 3 and have installed both the agent and management portion to my XP SP3 desktop. I ran the setup of both of these as a privileged user and selected "Make available to all users" during the setup. Now when I try to view the files in Windows explorer as a non-privileged user I can see the files but can't open them. When I browse to the files as the privileged user, the appear fine and I can access all data. I have attempted uninstall and reinstall several time to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thanks, John

0 - check that the files have necessary permissions to allow the nonprivileged user to read them. Can you copy them to another location as non-privileged user? Is this user ( or 'Users' group) listed in the security tab ( or for XP Home, that have this tab only in safe mode, in the output of cacls command) ?

Thanks Dev-Anon for responding. Yes all of the security permissions are corect. This non-privileged user has Full Control over this directory and the files too. They just don't show the Acronis icon next to them when viewing as non-privileged user nor will they open.
